Helping others feels good. When you support a charity that is important to you, you not only help them continue their vital work, you’re also improving your emotional wellbeing, a win-win situation!
There are many ways you can support a charity: 
  • Donate your time
  • Donate your skills
  • Donate your stuff
  • Raise funds by participating in a sponsored walk, organise a local collection or share your favourite charities on social media
  • Ask for gift donations (If your friends and loved ones often ask you for birthday or holiday gift ideas, you can ask them to donate to a favourite charity instead. Many charities make it easy to set up a campaign to gather birthday donations for their organization.
